Basic Needs

Welcome to the Basic Needs Program

At Santa Barbara City College, we believe every student deserves a stable foundation to thrive, inside and outside of the classroom. The Basic Needs Program connects students with essential resources such as food, housing, transportation, financial support, and community referrals. Our team provides compassionate, culturally responsive support to help students navigate challenges, reduce stress, and stay focused on their academic goals.
